[Update] Happy 3rd Anniversary!

It’s Words Across the Ocean’s 3rd anniversary, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support you’ve shown this blog since my first post three years ago. Your kind comments and enthusiasm are what keep this blog going strong! After all, translators run on caffeine, stubbornness, and big happy fandom. 😉

As you may have noticed, Words Across the Ocean has undergone a little facelift. Please pardon the dust while I work on improving the site’s calendar, index, and general navigation.

[update] Status Update & PDF

I’d like to apologize for the lack of updates in the past couple weeks. I’ve been recovering from an illness and dealing with an injury, and between that and my coursework, I haven’t had much free time for translating. That said, I should be able to start updating regularly again soon. As always, thanks for your patience and understanding.

As per request, I’ve updated the post for “Midorima’s Extremely Unlucky Day” (KnB Replace -II-: 2nd Game) with a PDF file of the translation. You can also download the file here. Happy reading!

[update] Temporary Semi-Hiatus

I apologize for the lack of updates as of late. Studying, working, and noveling for NaNoWriMo have made life very hectic, and I haven’t had much time to translate. I hope to be back to posting regularly starting early in December, so please bear with me until then. I will still respond to comments/requests, and I will try to work in some time for translating during November. Thanks for your patience and understanding. (シ_ _)シ

• Finish “Kuroko no Basuke” Drama Theater 1st and 2nd Games
• “Kuroko no Basuke” Drama CD 4 (Midorima & Takao)
• Finish “Tsuritama” Drama CD 2
• Regular Updates for “Kuroko no Basuke: Kiseki no Shiai”
• Kamiya Hiroshi’s “Such a beautiful affair”
• Kamiya Hiroshi & Ono Daisuke’s “Bokutachi dake no Monogatari”

[update] Technical Difficulties

My old laptop decided to give up the ghost (via death of the motherboard) while I was in the process of transferring my files to a slick new laptop. Until I can recover my music and translation files, I won’t have much content to post unless I can spare the time to translate part of a drama CD. Please bear with this short hiatus; I hope to have everything back in order sometime next week. (シ_ _)シ
